Password Invalid ?

Less than 5 days since your sitting? We try to get your pictures online as quickly as we can, but it can take anything from 2 - 5 days.  If you get a password invalid message within 5 days of your sitting it is most likey that you have been quicker off the mark than we have. Please bear with us.

More than 6 weeks after your sitting ? Most albums are set to automaticaly time-out after 6 weeks. If you enter your password after your album has timed-out you will get a password invalid message. Please don't fret. We keep image files for 3 years and can usually upload your album again very quickly.

TERMS, CONDITIONS & TIPS

Pret-a-Portrait Ltd. undertakes not to use, or sell or make available any images originating from a customer sitting to any third party for any reason except for the promotion of its own business and the customer confirms that the company has their permission to do this.

Copyright in all images remains the property of Pret-a-Portrait Ltd. The customer understands and accepts that copying images without Pret-a-Portrait's permission is not permitted.

Pret-a-Portrait Ltd. guarantees that any customer information gathered in the course of its business will not be shared with any third party other than for the purposes of carrying out its normal business. Pret-a-Portrait Ltd may from time to time contact customers with details such as special offers promotions or new products

Prints and Frames

Approx delivery times:

Unframed prints despatched within 10 working days from receipt of complete order

Framed prints despatched in 4 weeks from receipt of complete order

Bags, Books, Canvases and Blinds

Delivery time is approximately 6 weeks from receipt of complete order.

We regret we are unable to give refunds. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired. You accept that an enlarged photograph may lose some definition. You accept that the printing process results in some colour variation, bringing colour up to a vibrant level in the finished item. We request and you allow permission for use of the image of any products ordered for our own promotional purposes.

Picture cropping and editing. You accept that a degree of licence may be required to crop and edit images in order to achieve the very best results. If you have specific edit or crop requirements please make these clear to us.

If supplying your own image(s) you confirm to Pret-a-Portrait Ltd that you own or have permission to use the copyright in the image(s) supplied. Every care is taken to protect your image(s). We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss of original photographic materials in the postal system. Images supplied by customers will be returned under separate cover when your order has been despatched. As a precaution against loss, a digital copy of all images is kept until goods are delivered.

Tips : For bags, landscape shots work best, and bear in mind the 'eyelet' holes for the handles.
